Michelle Booth is proud to serve the residents of the Town of Mendon as Town Clerk, Tax Receiver, Court Clerk, and Notary Public. Michelle is passionate about making local government more accessible, responsive, and focused on the everyday needs of the people it serves. She is known for her approachable personality, strong work ethic, and commitment to helping residents navigate Town services with professionalism and compassion.

Since taking office, Michelle has worked to modernize and improve services within the Clerk’s Office while expanding important public health and safety initiatives for the community. She successfully implemented credit card processing to make transactions more convenient for residents and has helped introduce several impactful community programs, including providing free trigger locks for hunters, a mail-in drug recycling program for the safe disposal of unused medications, the Town’s annual rabies clinic, an annual mobile mammogram event to improve access to preventative healthcare, and most recently, a Sharps Recycling Kiosk for the safe disposal of needles and medical sharps.
